Guarantees and Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us unworn within fourteen days for a refund or exchange. We will credit your credit card with the full amount for the items returned but not the shipping costs. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to items printed to your own design.

We will always refund in full or exchange the rare faulty item. Please email us with the details.

Please obtain a "proof of posting" form free from the post office for any returns -this will "insure" your parcel up to £28. For higher value items we recommend that you use recorded delivery - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
