Delivery Details
We aim to ship your order within five working days - if you are in a hurry please let us know by using the "feedback" link when you place the order. If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will email you to let you know the estimated delivery date and to give you the option of exchanging or a refund. If you have told us your order is urgent we may phone you instead.
UK orders are sent by first class post and should arrive within two to eight working days.
Overseas orders are sent by International Datapost and usually take around one to two weeks.
All parcels need signing for on delivery.
Shipping costs are per order sent to one address and are as follows:
United Kingdom - £2.50
EEC countries - £6.50
USA and the rest of the world £12.50 (but remember no VAT!)
Import duties and local sales tax are the customer's responsibility
